Exercises to Help Lower Back Pain
Dr. Robert and Dr. K are back for the third episode on low back pain and recovery. This episode talks about training good movement patterns to get away from pain with opposing gravity. They start with the side position from the last episode and lift the hips up and back down. The next exercise is on all fours and raise up off the ground and flexing the back. The exercises look easy, but they are challenging when you have back pain. It’s important to breathe during the exercises and learn to do them accurately to get rid of low back pain.
