Dr. Robert and Dr. K talk about the lower back, reminding viewers of the three types of movement for the back. Tension means the back muscles aren’t relaxed enough. The exercises work on getting horizontal to relax the back. Get on all fours with the back stable and flexing the low part of the back. The patient flexes and extends the low back with a small movement. Then, they add hip flexion and extension. The next step is to get on one side with legs bent and separated to open up the lower back. It’s important to breathe from the belly to help with the movements. Do a few of the movements if you sit a lot or have some pain and/or stiffness.

Patient Reviews

I can’t say enough positive things about TriMotus and Dr. Cam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Cam truly goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is personalized and effective.

I reached out to TriMotus after experiencing chronic pain over a year. I wanted a comprehensive approach to my health & it’s exactly what I found. I couldn’t be more pleased with my treatment and the results in just a few visits.

ONE OF THE BEST IN THE VALLEY! I’ve been coming here for almost a month, and am already moving and feeling better than I have in years. After several other doctors and naturopaths failed to help me, I was referred here and couldn’t be happier with the level of knowledge and professionalism I’ve received.

Excellent care from start to end – consistent communication, thoughtful approaches and reliable teamwork are on point 100% of the time. Very thankful for my team at TriMotus!
