What a First Back Treatment Looks Like
In Phoenix, AZ

Dr. Hedeen and Nicola demonstrate what to expect when facing your first exam and treatment for back pain. He first watches the patient move around, then works with the ball and socket joints. He checks certain areas of tissue and evaluates range of motion. He looks for restrictions along the leg and foot. He looks for symmetry between the two legs, which may cause excess stress on joints and muscles because the patient compensates for differences. He also checks breathing because back pain can cause issues with using the abdominals. When he determines that there’s tightness, he performs exercises to open up the hip. Tight hips can cause stress on the back. After the exercises, he uses a treatment on the back to increase blood flow. Dr. Ian continues with more exercises to continue opening up the hips.

Patient Reviews

I can’t say enough positive things about TriMotus and Dr. Cam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Cam truly goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is personalized and effective.

I reached out to TriMotus after experiencing chronic pain over a year. I wanted a comprehensive approach to my health & it’s exactly what I found. I couldn’t be more pleased with my treatment and the results in just a few visits.

ONE OF THE BEST IN THE VALLEY! I’ve been coming here for almost a month, and am already moving and feeling better than I have in years. After several other doctors and naturopaths failed to help me, I was referred here and couldn’t be happier with the level of knowledge and professionalism I’ve received.

Excellent care from start to end – consistent communication, thoughtful approaches and reliable teamwork are on point 100% of the time. Very thankful for my team at TriMotus!
